Legal Expert Calls For Pelosi’s Resignation
The State Of The Union Address was held this past Tuesday and Pelosi embarrassed the country with her immature behavior towards Trump. Pelosi thought it appropriate to rip up a copy of the president’s address and then proceed to mock him throughout the entire speech. Legal Expert Jonathan Turley weighed in on her poor behavior and claims she needs to apologize or resign.
“The conduct of Speaker Nancy Pelosi at the State of the Union address this week will go down as a day of infamy for the chamber as an institution,†Turley started. “It has long been a tradition for House speakers to remain stoic and neutral in listening to the address. However, Pelosi seemed to be intent on mocking President Trum6p from behind his back with sophomoric facial grimaces and head shaking, culminating in her ripping up a copy of his address.
