If anyone was going to give away Alaska to the Russians, my God it certainly would have been Obama.
He would have given Putin Alaska and a BJ to go with it.
According to Obama, we already have 57 States plus two more. Who cares if we give one away?
Or maybe Hillary would want to RESET BUTTON with Russia by giving them Alaska. Why not?
They vote Republican too much anyway.

There are far more communist-leaning places in the US than Alaska he could trade, to his advantage, and the liberation of tax burdens borne by all Americans. We have barely begun to tap the resources in Alaska.

I think - though I could be wrong - Schifftyroo was putting out some hyperbole.

Impeachment and/or criminal prosecution isn't the place for hyperbole.  It confirms the thinness of the case because you have to invent an action rather than simply focusing on what actually happened.

One need only learn a little about the WW2 Battle of the Atlantic to understand the strategic value of Greenland and Iceland. But Orange Man BAD, and with Orange Man there is no historical precedent.

Seems like it was just a few years ago that the Dims and the Soviets were tighter than ticks. ESPECIALLY Bubba,Bubbette!,and Yeltsin. Then Bubba and Bubbette! started screwing the Russians out of World Bank money by forcing Yelstin to use World Bank money to buy rotten mean from Tyson,and the bromance ended.  Yeltsin refused to pay for a shipload of rotten meat,and Bubba threatened to freeze World Bank funds if he did.
