If the President of the United States must be removed from office, it must be done in a bipartisan manner - a "landslide" as Ken Starr stated.

A two-thirds Senate vote to remove the POTUS would be a landslide.

Today, President @realDonaldTrump
 would be ACQUITTED by the Senate.

Ken Starr is making the argument that media speculation suggested Alan Dershowitz was to make.

And indeed, it is an inarguable point: the "weight of authority" suggests impeachment requires crimes. No president has been impeached without crimes being alleged.
