By the way, in a real trial, half of the "evidence" #Schiff is talking about would be inadmissible, because it is either clear hearsay or is someone's subjective perception of someone else's intent. That evidence is inadmissible in court because of how untrustworthy it is.

That, right there, is the exact correct point.  Most of the Democrat's "evidence" is people speculating as to what someone else actually thought, which absolutely isn't admissible as evidence.   It is the role of the jury to look at the evidence, and then reach its own conclusions about state of mind.

 This is about using Biden's front runner status as a tool for impeachment while he remains the front runner. Democrats know that his candidacy is about to fall apart and his usefulness expire, which is why they are rushing it now.

Mueller has proven this beyond any doubt.
And we know he pressured Ukraine to investigate Biden and his son.
This is indisputable.
There is overwhelming evidence that Trump behave treasonously and is a traitor.
I do not have any of that 'overwhelming evidence' right now.
But if the Senate would just give me a second impeachment investigation in the Senate, Impeachment #2,
I'm sure I could generate the overwhelming evidence which I know is there.

A key piece of advice I give young lawyers entering the law that #SchiffShow seemed to miss: KYA (Know Your Audience). Their main audience is the more than 1 weak-kneed, soft-spined GOP Senators in that hall; the other is independents. They managed to annoy both to appeal to @CNN

Adam Schiff knows full well that he had witnesses before his committee last year who testified that President @realDonaldTrump
's policy towards Ukraine is more supportive than previous administrations.

For example, the Trump administration gave lethal military aid to Ukraine.

1) Why is it that nobody in MSM calls out @RepAdamSchiff for a basic and repeated falsehood in this trial? To wit, that Russia helped Trump win an election (and that Trump was trying to repeat this with Ukraine). Where is there any evidence for this outrageous Russia claim?
