If Adam Schiff cared so much for Ukraine's ability to defend himself against Russian aggression, maybe he should have done more to ensure that the Obama administration transmitted lethal military aid to Ukraine.

Rush is pissed because, unlike the overwhelming majority of Americans, he's actually watching it. And the structure of these things always favors the prosecution at the start simply because they go first.

He shouldn't forget that the defense is going to have the same 24 hours to tear the Democrats a new one when the prosecution is done.

- Ukraine received U.S. aid in conformity w/ law;
- Aid received w/o preconditions other than those required by law;
- Ukraine wasn't aware of withheld aid during 7/25 call;
- @realDonaldTrump
 had a justified interest in Ukrainian corruption.

Sen. Lindsey Graham has been shifting in his seat and scanning the Senate chamber during Adam Schiff’s presentation, but he perked up when Schiff played Trump’s 2016 “Russia if you’re listening,” clip. Graham smiled and shook his head as Trump’s voice played on the speaker.

How is it legal under oath for Adam Schiff to continue to say that President Trump Pressured the Ukrainian President... When it's on record MULTIPLE times from the Ukrainian President that he wasn't Pressured???

By the way, in a real trial, half of the "evidence" #Schiff is talking about would be inadmissible, because it is either clear hearsay or is someone's subjective perception of someone else's intent. That evidence is inadmissible in court because of how untrustworthy it is.

No...Trump would never be able to sit there quietly while he was being slammed with lies ... and next thing he'd want to be sworn in to give his side of the story.  That's what the DEMS want; to hopefully get to question him and then say he lied under oath just like Billy Bob.  Trump needs to stay away and let his team of lawyers and the GOP Senators do their jobs.

As for Roberts --- unfortunately, his only concern is to see his name mentioned again in the history books.
