I have some pretty big shoes to fill, my Beloved @Sanguine, but with your help, Briefers we can make Texas the best dam Category on this Forum as it is already the best State.

I already thought this was the best dam Category on this Forum. But that's the attitude we need. Let's all put in and make it Mo Betta!

I guess Sanguine went Galt on us? Or Or.... got sucked up into the swamp....

I always wanted to start a conspiracy theory. I guess I can mark that off my bucket list.

Sanguine is the last person who'd be sucked into the swamp.

I could never 'moderate' anything. Hell man, I can't even moderate myself.
Unreliable, impulsive, undependable, lacking any kind of self-discipline or empathy.
I am not the kind of guy who I would ever hang-out with. I just don't need the headache.

My brother from another mother
Being a moderator wouldn't fit my schedule of disappearing for weeks or a months while I'm on some soul blistering bender. By the time I manage to come back down to Earth, my forum would be in chaos and on fire.

I respect people who live controlled predictable lives, and who can count on themselves to behave normally. But that is not me.

I am on Moderation Probation, having already been Fired once, at my other diggs on the internet, Rockets BB, it's tougher than it seems, so damn many egos out there.

I find it difficult but rewarding but I’m a Luddite at heart. I’m grateful for the other mods for helping me. (And giving me donuts)

Truth.
Romans 12:16-21

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

You are right about that.

She hinted once of running for political office, so my hope she will pop out as someone I can vote for and financially support.

Few people meet the criterion I have for doing that.
