Now that House Democrats are finally ready to hand over articles of impeachment to the Senate, it is merely the deck chairs on the tilting platform of the “Titanic†investigation that need to be straightened. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has announced which of her faithful flock will be tasked with putting forward the case against the president as impeachment managers, and a more anti-Trump crew it would be difficult to find.
The impeachment of President Trump has all the plot elements of a dark fairy tale. There are heroes and villains, plot twists, and like any story, the narrative often changes to increase tension or the suspension of disbelief. The most important question is, what story is playing out in Washington D.C., right now?
