The Democrats want felons to vote. I don't see being arrested on drug charges being a disqualification for the job of "Activist."
@Cyber LibertyThink I posted this last year - oh, wait, how many years have I been posting here - really? That many? (Cyber, you know how many years it has been.) Anyway, it works like this in Texas:
A person in jail who has not been convicted, can vote an absentee ballot while in jail.
When a person is convicted of a crime and gone to jail/prison, the person cannot vote. Once he/she has served his/her time, and released from jail/prison, he/she can vote a regular ballot.
