The crash of Ukrainian Airlines Flight 752 is a tragedy, the culpability for which lies unequivocally with Iran. To suggest otherwise is to cheapen the deaths of hundreds to score political points against the 'bad orange man.'

Something grotesque is unfolding on the left, particularly about Ukrainian Airlines Flight 752, which domestic and foreign governments indicate was likely shot down by an Iranian antiaircraft missile. One-hundred and seventy-six individuals perished as the airplane caught fire and came crashing to the ground in Iran early Wednesday morning.

Those on the left have opted to blame President Trump for the Iranians’ error, searching desperately for any way in which to transform President Trump’s controlled and tactical maneuvers in Iran into a policy quagmire. The crash of Ukrainian Airlines Flight 752 is indeed a tragedy, the culpability for which lies unequivocally with the Iranian regime. To suggest otherwise is to cheapen the deaths of hundreds for the sake of scoring political points against the “bad orange man.”

But the Democrats have shown no compunction about engaging in such an ethically reprehensible endeavor. Trump “broke” the left, and they are doggedly indicating to us that the term “broke” also included snapping their moral compass in half.

I promise you, with no exaggeration at all, that if a meteor struck the Earth somewhere/anywhere the insane Left would blame Trump and the Republicans. But we have seen all of this before with President Bush. That makes it even more pathetic. It's not even original.

Obama was the second coming of Christ, who could walk and water and could do no wrong.
Republicans are responsible for every ill in the world, including dandruff and sprained ankles. (so childish, and really pathetic)

It is true if Trump had not killed the General, Iran would not have sent rockets and would not have downed the airplane, as they thought it was something the US sent to them.

In Fort Worth, not long ago, two teen agers went out after a storm and went to a certain place and both, unknowingly, stepped on an electric wire that had been blown down by the storm, and it killed both of them right then.  They would be alive if the storm had not come - but it did.  They would be alive if they had stayed in their house - but they did not.

Once someone is dead, time cannot go back to before that happened and have a different outcome. We cannot fix it - and I feel so sorry for so many Canadians being on that plane.  We heard there were 65 Canadians, but there were a total of 118 going to Canada.  I think I have those numbers right.

Yes same playbook with W. Bush -- but nowhere near as bad as what the left is dishing out at Trump.  I remember the shoe flying incident with Bush, but that was by an Iraqi journalist.  I really don't recall much mud slinging at Bush until his 2nd term in office. 

It seems that the 'respect' for the office of the presidency ended with the Clinton administration -- he lied.  He got caught.  He wasn't removed.  That sent a message to the American people, it certainly made it clear to the leftists that they could get away by lying and deceiving. The integrity of Congress and our DOJ has been broken ever since.

The DOJ in particular has become a laughing stock joke. It has nothing at all to do with 'Justice' anymore. It has become a purely political agency. It has become for all intents and purposes 'dormant'.

@DB and @Victoria33, the that-was-a-response-to-______ can go back 40+ years, but it ends at two points. 1. Iran invaded our embassy in Tehran and held the staff hostage for over a year. 2. Iran decided to form a military outfit dedicated to spreading their Islamic revolution to other countries via proxies and terrorism; Soleimani commanded that outfit.

So, yeah, I guess it could be said that the US defending itself and other countries over the past 40+ years "caused" the Iranian shoot-down. Just like Christians and Jews and Hindus and ... "cause" Jihadis to hack off their heads because they won't convert to Islam.
