ORIGINAL STORY:

An irate customer at a west Houston barber shop shot an employee multiple times Saturday during an argument over a haircut given to the gunman's son, deputies said.

The employee of the shop in the 23900 block of Franz Road was rushed to a nearby hospital in serious condition. The shooter fled the scene in a gray sedan, possibly a Honda Accord, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.

UPDATE:

The Harris County Sheriff's Office tweeted the following statement Monday afternoon: "Investigators have identified a man believed to have been involved in the barber shop shooting. No charges have been filed at this time, and we are asking that he contact investigators directly to tell his version of what transpired."

Every article I read except the HoCon stated the fact thusly ;

"The employee of the shop in the 23900 block of Franz Road was rushed to a nearby hospital in serious condition. The shooter was described as a black male and fled the scene in a gray sedan, possibly a Honda Accord, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.

   I've only gotten 2 hair cuts in the last 40 years (Court appearances) and this is why.
