My point @skeeter was to counter @LegalAmerican who tells me "Wall is being built as we speak," when the fact is only 78 miles has been built and every single inch of it already had a barrier.  If @LegalAmerican said existing "the same Wall that was there when President Trump was elected is being reinforced as we speak," I would not disagree.
