Devin Nunes Opening Statement Embarrasses Dems: ‘Last People On Earth With Credibility’

Rep. Devin Nunes embarrassed House Democrats during his opening statement at Wednesday morning’s impeachment hearings, claiming they are the “last people on Earth with the credibility†to make accusations against their political opponents.
Nunes’ (R-CA) barbs were directed at Democrats as a whole, while also specifically targetting House Intelligence Committee Chair Adam Schiff.
After referring to the Russia collusion hoax as a “pitiful … three-year-long operation by the Democrats, the corrupt media, and partisan bureaucrats to overturn the results of the 2016 presidential election,†Nunes suggested that the latest whistleblower hearings were nothing more than a sequel.
“After the spectacular implosion of their Russia hoax on July 24, in which they spent years denouncing any Republican who ever shook hands with a Russian, on July 25 they turned on a dime and now claim the real malfeasance is Republicans’ dealings with Ukraine,†he stewed.
