Pelosi tweets plan to 'overturn' Trump move in Syria

Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Monday that the House and Senate would craft a resolution to “overturn†President Trump’s decision to pull U.S. troops away from the Syrian border.
The California Democrat said she discussed the plan Monday morning with Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, a South Carolina Republican who is generally an ally of Trump’s but is staunchly opposed to the president’s move in Syria.
“Our first order of business was to agree that we must have a bipartisan, bicameral joint resolution to overturn the President’s dangerous decision in Syria immediately,†Pelosi tweeted Monday.
