Biden goes after Trump kids to deflect from Hunter scandal: ‘No one in my family will have an office in the White House’
October 14, 2019 | Victor Rantala

After a leading question by a reporter, Joe Biden went off with a not-so-veiled shot at the Trump family, saying: “No one in my family will have an office in the White House.”

On Sunday, a reporter at an Altoona, Iowa, press conference asked Biden about comments Hunter Biden’s attorney made on his behalf after stepping down from the board of a China-based company. The attorney’s statement read in part: “Under a Biden Administration, Hunter will readily comply with any and all guidelines or standards a President Biden may issue to address purported conflicts of interest, or the appearance of such conflicts, including any restrictions related to overseas business interests.”

The reporter asked what kind of ethical guidelines a President Biden would introduce for his White House.

“No one in my family will have an office in the White House, will sit in meetings as if they are a cabinet member, will have any business relationship with anyone that relates to foreign corporation or government. Period,” said Biden, who was clearly ready with his response.

On this Biden has a valid point.  Trump's  Princess and her Frog have no business in the White House.

Caught with what? As far as I know, there are o ly allegations of wrongdoing mostly perpetrated by Trump and his allies.  Neither Joe nor his son have been tried and convicted of anything. 

Right about now I trust Biden more than I trust Trump.

No one in the Biden family will need an office in the WH.  If past is prelude, all quid-pro-quo deals will be finalized for the Biden family on Air Force One, with daddy taking the lead.

Nobody in the Biden family will NEED an office in the White House, because Joe Biden won't even be the Nominee.

And it seems that Biden, like virtually all these politicians, use their children to launder money for themselves.

For example, Biden's son or Kerry's son owed like $600K in unpaid taxes on that laundered money.

If Hunter Biden was only getting one-third of the cash, it's understandable that he wouldn't be paying the taxes in a timely fashion....giving two-thirds upfront for the 'Rainmaker'.

Agree @DCPatriot   Forgive me for giving in to the hypothetical of a Biden in the White House.  Rand Paul wants a serious Senate investigation of Biden and his son. He listed the potential criminal offenses the Bidens have committed.  It won't happen but at least, I suppose, it's nice to know we're seeing things as they really are.

No, not really.   Cause I'm not seeing the correlation between Biden's blatant conflict of interest corruption here.  Biden's the one that blackmailed Ukraine into firing that prosecutor, after all.

Trump doesn't lie, he doesn't point the finger at others when exposed of wrongdoing, and he is incorruptible.
You are correct.
Unlike Joe, Trump certainly would never be accused of blackmailing Ukraine for his own benefit.
And Trump would never have conflicts of interests, such as business relationships with Russians, Saudis or Turks that might (or might not) influence foreign policy.
And Trump's kids--nor his son-in-law--could never be credibly accused of profiting off access to the White House when dealing with foreign countries like China or Qatar. Hunter Biden would, but Trump's kids would never do such.

Ah, but profiting off of access to the White House is not a crime.... and ergo, isn't what I refer to as "criminal activity".   Blackmailing a foreign entity to do something that benefits you or your spawn, as Joe Biden did and admitted to doing ON VIDEO, however, is criminal and is the very definition (or one of them) of corruption and the "swamp".
