President Trump has ordered more economic sanctions on Iran just days after the attack on Saudi oil facilities. In a tweet Wednesday, the president said:

This comes after Saudi Arabia said the attack was carried out with Iranian weapons, and several U.S. government sources said it likely originated in the Islamic Republic.

Tehran has said it will not negotiate with the U.S. until America comes back to the Obama-era nuclear deal, which President Trump pulled out of in 2018.

On Wednesday, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani blamed the conflict squarely on the U.S.
