KVUE | 9/13/2019 | Staff

TUCSON, Ariz. — Police identified the two students accused of using racial slurs and beating a black student at the University of Arizona earlier this week as Matthew Frazier and Matthew Rawlings.

Several dozen students at the University of Arizona on Friday protested campus police handling of a physical and racist attack on a black student this week.

You know, I guess if you hit someone on the shoulder say, that's a misdemeanor.  This topic came up before, I know of a case, where at a college, one person was charged with misdemeanor assault as well vs. assault and battery. Like he hit a student or something, it doesn't rise to the level of being a felony.

The rule of thumb in AZ is, if there's a broken bone, it's Aggravated Assault.  If not, it's a Misdemeanor.
For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death — if you’re unvaccinated — for themselves, their families, and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. Sloe Joe Biteme 12/16
I will NOT comply.
