Starting off on a lighter note, sometimes, these pictures become a part of history, sometimes, they show human sadness and tragedy. I got this idea by visiting that ROK site with their "picture of the day".

I think this might make a nice running thread.

Big protests in South Korea, one of their cities at least, I heard about. Huge too, is everyone having big protests but us? And even when we protest, the numbers are nothing like these?! BLM? Nothing hardly compared to this.... we have probably had a few big protests.

Okay, I went through all the photos, I saw none from Getty but I will be on the look out for that name and then, not post it.

And I think I will just post one photo per gallery,  people can go look. Also, I'm a bit unsure about the Korean news agency, Yonhap,  per at least one photo, I will delete it.

Here is South Korea again:
Quote

The main opposition Liberty Korea Party and its conservative supporters protest in front of the National Assembly on Monday to criticize the ruling Democratic Party and its legislative allies for attempting to pass several contentious bills aimed at introducing a new election system and weakening the prosecution’s powers
https://www.rokdrop.net/2019/12/protesters-storm-the-korean-national-assembly-to-stop-voting-on-bills/

The US, Senate, Senators or administration itself, needs to heed the calls of those protestors evoking American images.  Here, this isn't even Hong Kong, this is South Korea, our ally.

Looks like again, the people really got out there to protest.
