Some kind of law like making it illegal to shoot someone while robbing them?

A man was robbed, shot and pistol-whipped in a dice game gone wrong in the Bronx — and the vicious beatdown was all caught on video.

The victim survived and is in stable condition.
The suspect remains at large.
