Um...it's a bird.  The beak is a dead giveaway.

Well, the local news here already said it's a bird, so by voting for the bird, I was being dishonest. 

Actually, watching the video, I was thinking if it was a rabbit, where is the mouth.? And who pets a critter on its mouth?
