Alexander Acosta Labor Secretary resigned under pressure concerning his "sweetheart deal" with Jeffrey Epstein.  He was under consideration for AG after Sessions was removed, but was forced to resign instead.

Point of order. There were no term limits when FDR was elected. As a Matter of fact. FDR was barely in the ground before they began work on the XXII amendment.
