California Angel Mom Opens up About Son’s Death, Dreads the Day His Killer Is Released

LOS ANGELES—Agnes Gibboney is an angel mom whose 29-year-old son was murdered by an illegal alien back in April 2002.

Ronald da Silva was standing with a friend in his driveway when he was shot and killed by Luis Humberto Gonzalez, for no apparent reason.

“I banged on the window and I said, Ronald, just open your eyes, don’t do this to me,” said Gibboney. “And I thought that Ronald was playing a prank because he loved to play pranks, and I thought he really did a good one this time. And he just wouldn’t move. They wouldn’t allow me to to touch my son, to hold my son. Next time I saw him was in the morgue.”
