I'm pretty sure that Maxwell settled that case (paid out millions) a couple of years ago. (It was a defamation suit filed by Virginia Giuffre.)

The reason that they documents are starting to come up is that Dershowitz and a couple of others have sued to have them unsealed. Maxwell has been fighting against having them unsealed.

Also, the documents that came out yesterday are only a portion of the full set. Unclear if/when more will be unsealed.

Not really. How can it be a whitewashing when evidence is missing and/or altered?

We will know how serious this is when the dust has settled. If nobody from the prison is facing trial,it was a whitewash. If someone does go on trial and gets probation and a fine it was a whitewashing.

MY thoughts are the final finding is going to say "inconclusive". The mushy middle,where nobody is right,and nobody is wrong.

Well, if it is a typical IG report, we will probably learn: Mistakes were made, we see no evidence that anyone acted with any intention to break any laws. We recommend a comprehensive training program be instituted and will create an inter-agency panel to review the progress and results. There are no recommendations for prosecution.

And we will see it sometime in mid-2021!!

Although the aftermath of Scalia's passing was a bit unusual, I believe Justice Scalia did die of natural causes as did Andrew Breitbart. Both had significant risk factors and health issues that would make a determination of death by natural causes very believable.

Like I said before -- if you or anyone else can provide me with hard evidence that these people did not die in the manner indicated, then ok, I'll believe it. Speculation by cranks like Alex Jones and guests on his webcast doesn't count.
