"Tal Meleh" 52 days of fierce resistance and big loss for Russia
  29 Jul, 2019

On the sixth of June last month, the Russian next to impossible crackdown been launched on two small towns not exceeding a few kilometers in the northern villages of Hama, where the revolutionary factions that evening were able to enter each of "Tal Meleh" and "Jibain" within one hour, that minutes were enough to get the Russian army and militias out of the two towns, turn their machinery into piles of scrap, kill and injure dozens of unfortunates who failed to escape the blows of the revolutionary factions.

Over the last 52 days, Russia has tried more than 70 times to advance to the two towns after the revolutionaries captured them, cutting off the "Skaylbia- Maharda" speedway, but in every attempt they failed to make any progress as the bodies of the killed militias remained in the surrounding areas of "Tal Meleh", as food for stray dogs, as well as devastated cannons and machinery scattered by high-impact of guided missiles.

The monitoring unit in "Syria Call" recorded the losses of the Russian militias as they attempted to advance towards the two towns, reaching 6 destroyed tanks, 4 BMP vehicles, 6 military vehicles and 1 van, 4 guided missile launchers, two machine 14,5 guns, a 23 cannon, a military pick-up, a Shilka vehicle as well as tens of deaths and wounded. The revolutionaries could capture 5 members of the attackers including the son of the head of the political security detachment responsible for military action in northern Hama.

This reporting is from over there, so perhaps not written in an easy-to-understand way. But underlying this, Syria which has about the same square miles as Florida is far from being resolved and that is with the Regime and Russians and perhaps other allies, coming under heavy criticism over the past few weeks for bombing Idlib (Syria) recently as well.  A bad situation all the way around.
