An ISIS-supporting, Iraqi-Kurdish migrant has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for planning to carry out a terror attack with a remotely-controlled vehicle filled with explosives.

Farad Salah, 24, from Sheffield, had been in the beginning stages of testing small improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in preparation to inflict “terrible suffering” when his house was raided by British counter-terrorism police in December of 2017.

Following the raid, security forces discovered extremist material which included films of murder and torture in the migrant’s house.

I did find plenty of articles on a news search using "Sheffield bomb"... Sheffield, where this was planned to have happened.
