The transgender activist who filed human rights complaints against fifteen female beauticians for refusing to wax her penis and balls is bragging about getting a cosmetics store shut down.

Yes, really.

As we previously highlighted, Jessica Yaniv, who was born a man, has filed complaints with the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal against fifteen female aestheticians for their refusal to wax her male genitalia.

It later emerged that Yaniv promoted a topless “youth all bodies swim” event at the Al Anderson Memorial Pool in Langley, British Columbia for girls as young as 12. The promotional material for the event states, “Parents and/or caregivers are not permitted in the event.”

Last year, Twitter permanently banned Canadian feminist journalist Meghan Murphy after she confirmed the identity of Jonathan Yaniv, an activist accused of sexual harassment who claims to identify as a woman under the name "Jessica." Canada had a publication ban on Yaniv's name, but the ban was lifted earlier this month. The truth has come out about Yaniv, and it isn't pretty: he appears to have a fascination with women putting in tampons; he has allegedly harassed at least one 14-year-old girl; he tried to force women in waxing studios to wax his private parts and filed human rights complaints against them when they refused; and he tried to orchestrate an event to have 12-year-old girls topless in a pool without parent supervision.

Now Murphy is speaking out, condemning Twitter for banning her to protect Yaniv. She sued Twitter early this year.

"Twitter is in the business of protecting predators and silencing women who try to hold those predators accountable," she told PJ Media in an interview Thursday. "Twitter should be humiliated. They allowed this predatory man to have me permanently suspended from Twitter just for acknowledging that he was the one responsible."

Trans Provocateur Loses Legal Battle to Force Women to Wax His Genitals

On Tuesday, Jessica Yaniv, a biological male who identifies as a woman, lost his legal battle to force women to give him a Brazilian wax. After multiple female estheticians refused to wax his genitals because of his male anatomy, he filed human rights complaints, claiming that they engaged in discrimination against him due to his transgender identity.

"Human rights legislation does not require a service provider to wax a type of genitals they are not trained for and have not consented to wax," the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal ruled.

The tribunal also ruled that Yaniv "engaged in improper conduct," "filed complaints for improper purposes," and concluded his testimony was "disingenuous and self-serving." Indeed, the ruling includes sections outlining the transgender provocateur's "use of deception," "financial motivation," and "racial animus."

Re "racial animus", IIRC, the estheticians are Vietnamese.

I would bet money that he was a disturbed child,and instead of trying to get him help his mother ignored it and made excuses from him. He saw that as a validation of his actions and thoughts,and was encouraged to "let the eagle fly". And his mama is still running along behind him today,and probably still giving him baths and night and spoon-feeding him. He is her baby,and ain't never going to change.

I doubt it unless his mother could go with him. I doubt she would let him leave home alone. To me,that photo of it tooling down the street in his handicapped electric scooter with big dung-eating smile on it's face while wearing a dress and sun hat, with his mother running down the street behind him to keep up told me everything that I needed to know.
