    Know Your Rights

The United States Constitution guarantees certain rights for every person living in the United States — whether immigrant or native-born citizen, documented or undocumented. Today more than ever, it is important to know and assert your rights.

Everyone has the right to remain silent. You can plead the 5th Amendment and choose not to speak. You don’t have to answer any questions or disclose any information regarding where you were born or how you entered the United States.

You may talk with an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer without having to open your door, through a window or peephole. In some cases, ICE agents may identify themselves as police officers. You are encouraged to request they show you their identification without opening the door. They are not allowed to enter your home, unless you invite them in or they have a warrant signed by a judge. You may ask them to hold the warrant up against a window or slide it under the door.

ICE is not allowed in other private spaces — such as a doctor’s office — without a warrant. Staff members are able to deny access to ICE agents if they fail to present a warrant, or if the warrant is not signed by a judge.

You have the right to request to speak to an attorney before signing anything given to you by ICE. The language used on legal documents may be confusing or hard to understand, so do not sign anything if you are uncertain about what it means. If questioned by an immigration officer, ask to speak to a lawyer.

If possible, take pictures and record any encounters with federal immigration enforcement officials. Try to take note of all names, badge numbers, time, location, and exactly what happened. You can use this information in your defense.

Make sure to have a trustworthy attorney on hand to help explore all of your options when fighting your case. You may be eligible for bail or there may be forms of immigration relief that you are not aware of.

So far, CBSLA seems to be the only news outlet reporting on the shooting.

Sounds like the MSM are reporting very mixed up stuff:

Security Officer Shoots Man With Knife Outside Federal Courthouse in Downtown L.A.

Quote
A security officer shot and wounded a man wielding a knife in front of a federal courthouse in downtown Los Angeles Tuesday afternoon, police said.

The gunfire was reported about 2:15 p.m. outside the First Street U.S. Courthouse at 350 W. First St., according to L.A. Police Officer Jeff Lee.

The man with a knife was shot in hand. He was hospitalized but expected to survive, Lee said.

A man in his 30s or 40s was detained, Lee said.

Police and FBI officials declined to comment on whether it was the officer or suspect who was taken into custody, citing the ongoing investigation.

Authorities have not said what prompted the security officer to use lethal force.

Federal Courthouse Shooting Reported in Los Angeles

Quote
“Today around 2:15 pm, @LAPDCentralArea officers responded to a radio call of a shooting involving a Federal Court Security Officer in front of the Federal Courthouse at 1st and Broadway,” LAPD HQ wrote on Twitter.

“The Federal Court Security Officer encountered a male armed with a knife which resulted in an officer involved shooting. The male was struck and transported for medical treatment of a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
@FBI and @USMarshalsHQ will be handling the investigation,” the department added on Twitter.

A man approached a federal courtroom security officer with a knife near a security checkpoint and repeatedly moved toward the guard, Andrew Blankstein, a reporter with NBC News, reported. The FBI is leading the investigation, he said.

Preliminary information indicated the man was brandishing a knife, and he was shot by a security guard. It appeared that the suspect suffered a wound to his hand that was not life threatening, he reported.
If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.
