Elizabeth Warren throws tantrum after Defense Sec. nominee stands up to her grandstanding
July 17, 2019 | Frieda Powers |

Sen. Elizabeth Warren was criticized by her colleagues after her failed attempt to shame President Donald Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Defense, Mark Esper.

The Massachusetts Democrat and 2020 presidential candidate effectively threw a tantrum when her time was called after she grilled the nominee and former lobbyist for Raytheon over his ties to the defense contractor, pressing him to recuse himself from related decisions for longer than what the law required.

We need more people pushing back against the grandstanding and pontificating like Esper and the former DHS guy did the other day.
The libs/dems of today are the Quislings of former years. The cowards who would vote a fraud into office in exchange for handouts from the devil.

If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

-Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."

The RNC is going to have a wealth of material to work with for their 2020 ads.  Just show the Democrats in their own words.

As President, how would she handle dealing with Russia and China if she can't even handle 20 seconds with Esper?

I can't help but wonder why govt. employees/cabinet officers shouldn't be allowed to take jobs in the private sector with govt contractors, but US Senators can. I don't particularly like the practice, but if it's going to be restricted it should be for everyone.
