Former Vice President Joe Biden repeated one of his old boss's most infamous pledges on Monday, saying under his proposal, "if you like your health care plan … you can keep it."

The 2020 Democratic frontrunner released a health care plan Monday that would seek to build upon the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, which included subsidies to lower prices on the exchanges and also allowing for a "public option" his campaign called similar to Medicare.

"I give people the option. If you like your health care plan, your employer-based plan, you can keep it," Biden told an audience at an AARP-sponsored forum. "If in fact you have private insurance, you can keep it."

Sorry, Joe.  I had a good health plan. But your buddy Obama and his friends, together with the insurance companies. took it away and gave me crap.  Then I was forced onto Medicare, which is even more crap. 

I expect most, if not all, of your audience has had the same or similar experiences.  And if they believed your BS, shame on them.

Where have I heard that line before?

During the OhBummer! Administration I had an employer-supplied and partly paid health plan. Big company, good health plan. The changes my employer had to make to the plan cost me thousands of $$ via increased annual employee contribution. OhBummer!-Don't-Care did not cost me as much as it did people who lost health plans that worked well for them and had to buy inferior plans at higher cost. Those folks were the worst hit but not alone.
