Our favorite socialist superstar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is at it again. This time she tried to pin the blame for migrant detention on ex-ICE Director Tom Homan.
                                                                       
 
Homan was a director of ICE during the Obama administration.

?? I sat and watched the video and I read the article.  I don't see that Homan shut her down at all.  He responded, but the memo is still under review.  His response didn't stop her from submitting the memo for review.  His contention is unless they come in through ports of entry they are breaking the law and her contention is those who seek asylum are not breaking the law.

Am I missing something here?
