Yes by all means we need to know how visited Epstein's Island.  There is so much corruption and so often those assigned to the investigation(s) are just as guilty and basically investigate themselves, so I doubt we will really ever find out.  'They' may arrest a couple of people but others IMHO are so well insulated by corruption they will never be found out or held responsible.

I will admit that I didn't watch the whole video...but isn't this the one from quite a while ago with the LA cheerleaders, who were not under age?

As can be seen in the embedded video it was recorded in 1992, ~10 years before Epstein's assault on a Mar-a-Lago employee that resulted in Trump kicking Epstein out. Like the old adage says, a text out of context is a pretext; the same is true of pictures and video. NBC didn't hide the date of the video, but NBC omitted the fact that the "falling out" was ~10 years later - lying by omission.

Can't help with court records, but here's an interview with lawyer Brad Edwards, who represented plaintiffs who sued Epstein. Start at around the 5:00 point for the part that pertains to Trump.
