Congress doing their job...now that is funny. They haven't done their jobs in decades!
Which is exactly why both sides of Congress 'loved' Obama. Hussein had no use for Congress. He left them out of everything and simply did everything he wanted to do on his own. And Congress loved it! They still get paid a king's ransom and they don't have to take responsibility for anything. That was Congress's version of heaven. They could pick and choose what they were 'for' or 'against' after the fact with no repercussions.
