Former South Carolina lawmaker and conservative firebrand Trey Gowdy risked it all over the weekend and revealed a bombshell that he found buried in the FBI's transcripts about Russia.

During an interview Sunday on Fox News with host Maria Bartiromo, Gowdy revealed that Obama's FBI gave different briefings to candidates Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential election.

He revealed that the FBI gave preferential treatment to Clinton's campaign in 2016 when advising the presidential candidates on how to deal with the threat posed by foreign actors, including Russia.

Gowdy never "risks it all."  If he said it and it's the truth, he knows nothing will ever come of it. :chairbang:

Yeah, but the blowback from telling the truth can be significant in this situation.

It sure can.  Trey Gowdy is no longer in any position to pick up the ball and move it downfield.  He didn't when he was a Congressman.
