Pelosi rules out Trump censure if House can't impeach him

Houston Chronicle 6/19/2019

Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday ruled out censuring President Donald Trump if the House doesn't impeach him, downplaying a less drastic censure as "a day at the beach" for the president.

Pelosi, D-Calif., told reporters at a breakfast sponsored by the Christian Science Monitor that censure would be "just a way out" of House Democrats' efforts to see if Trump has committed impeachable offenses.

"If you're going to go, you ought to go. In other words, if the goods are there, you must impeach," she said.

I saw a clip of this crazy b!tch saying "censure is nice" and going on to say but not adequate for all the crimes Trump committed which they have yet to discover since they don't exist.

...hmm... to impeach or not to impeach, that is THE question.  Seems like Nancy stated several times she wasn't for impeachment, now she is??  Interesting.  This is the first time that I can recall that she's ever back pedaled on what she said.

Say what you will about Pelosi's sanity, but she's showing more brains than the Republicans in 1998-9 who were calling for a meaningless Censure of Bill Clinton.
