President Donald Trump is daring House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to block his $4.5 billion border bill.

And if she does, the president is threatening to take away several of her toys and projects.
 
As noted by Breitbart, two agencies must cut spending on airport security, border inspections, and child care centers unless Democrats approve $4.5 billion to build more of the wall and address the migrant crisis at the southern border.
