Yes all of this is contingent upon the USMCA being ratified; Pelosi even stated that she wasn't going to bring it to a vote.  So how do Trump supporters even believe his tweets on the issue???  Everything in Trumpsville is grand and glorious!!!

   The White House could sponsor a jeep race with this as their entry and it'd be the best damn thing since sliced bread and odds on favorite to win according to some here.
