Carter did not impose tariffs on energy. In no manner, shape or form.
Carter had a disastrous economic policy but it was not due to tariffs.
You are ignorant of what a tariff is. Energy taxes are not synonymous with tariffs.
No matter how you try to misconstrue, how Carter wrecked the economy cannot be assigned to tariffs.
And you need to comprehend the articles you are posting rather than blathering they support your statements on tariffs imposed by Carter = bad economy. They do not.
