Liberals love censorship.
Both sides are absolutely guilty of this and both selectively apply their outrage and or demands based on what they like and don't like. I rarely see anyone fighting for true 'freedom for all' which includes businesses curating content and/or choosing what speech to add to products. There is zero mutual respect. If a Conservative says God Bless America, in the wrong context, a Liberal wants censorship. If a Liberal waves a gay pride flag, a Conservative's head explodes. And God forbid someone in a check-out line in a store says "Happy Holidays" instead of "Merry Christmas".
If a Christian bookstore has every right to not carry Buddhist books, or if we fight for a bakery choosing not to put a gay marriage message on a cake, then we must also accept that a social media platform has the right to curate the content they want to display as well.
It is freedom for all or freedom for none. The First Amendment protects private entities from government interference in things like speech, the press, association, etc. It does not demand the government force any private entity to allow all speech (which is contrary to the meaning of the First Amendment). The First Amendment is clear - it limits government. It does not limit or control the people (as individuals or those who group together collectively in a corporation).
