How OLD do you really feel on most days?

   It knaws at my brain how old I feel on most days.  I have habits that don't contribute to longevity of life and I'm working on that and the Dr's are constantly scanning and probing and though I wouldn't change anything from my past (which contributed greatly to my current morass), just 5 years ago, as I recall, I felt spry and energetic, now at 68 mowing my grass is something I plan weeks ahead.  Is it something in the water or is it the Trumpers on TBR that are pushing for my early demise?

According to my ortho doctor, my body is like 60 and my brain is like 30.  You know how old I am in years so I'm doing well.

Depends on the weather and how my joints feel on a particular day.  Today it's sunny, mild and low humidity, so I feel young.  A few weeks ago when it rained relentlessly for days at a time and my joints were screaming, I felt like an old bag.

I feel about as old as I always have.  I'm beginning to see some minor effects of aging, but I can't believe it could really be happening already since I'm only [wait, WTF, how did I get that old???].
