Illegal Alien Sexually Assaulted Woman, Distributed Nude Image Of Victim On Facebook

BRUNSWICK COUNT, NC (WECT) – A Shallotte man is headed to prison after he pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a woman and sharing a nude photo of her through social media.
According to prosecutors, Juan Roberto Cruz, 43, entered a guilty plea in court Tuesday to one count of second-degree forcible sex offense and was sentenced to up to ten years in prison. Cruz will also be required to register as a sex offender for 30 years following his release from prison.
