Celebs shred Alabama anti-abortion bill

Hollywood is speaking out against Alabama’s controversial anti-abortion legislation, with stars including John Legend and Milla Jovovich slamming the bill as “awful” and “draconian.”

The Alabama Senate passed the bill on Tuesday night that bans nearly all abortions in the state, making it the most restrictive anti-abortion legislation in the country.

The move sends the measure to Gov. Kay Ivey (R), who has not indicated whether she’ll sign it but is generally supportive of anti-abortion measures.

The bill would ban abortions in virtually all instances, including for victims of rape and incest, and would only permit the procedure if necessary to save a mother’s life.

What are the chances these bills make it past Roberts and Kavanaugh?  Pretty small, I would imagine.
