Trump Jr. reaches deal to testify with Senate Intelligence
By Jonathan Easley - 05/14/19 05:13 PM EDT

Donald Trump Jr. has struck a last-minute deal to comply with a subpoena from the Senate Intelligence Committee.

The two sides have been at odds over the length and scope of the interview, raising questions about whether Trump Jr. would defy the subpoena and be held in contempt of Congress.

According to the terms of the deal, Trump Jr. will sit for an interview sometime in mid-June for between two and four hours, with the scope limited to five or six topics pertaining to his communications with Russian officials.

This will be the last time Trump Jr. has to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee, according to the terms of the deal.

I thought Lindsey Graham instructed him to plead the 5th.
BEIJING — The comment was made behind closed doors, and appeared to be in jest: President Trump told donors on Saturday that China’s president, Xi Jinping, was now “president for life,” and added: “I think it’s great. Maybe we’ll want to give that a shot someday.”

“When the students poured into Tiananmen Square, the Chinese government almost blew it,” Trump told Playboy in a 1990 interview. “Then they were vicious, they were horrible, but they put it down with strength.”

I think he told him to ignore the subpoena.

This is ridiculous and so disheartening that this so-called 'investigation' continues.
"I believe in the United States of America as a Government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic; a sovereign nation of many sovereign states; a perfect union one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes. I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it; to support its Constitution; to obey it laws; to respect its flag; and to defend it against all enemies." -William Page

Just gives wood for the Democratic fire.  He did tell him to plead 5th.  Why doesn't he shut his big mouth?  Trumps son has lawyers to advise him I am sure.

Next to a perp walk that is the second worst way to get your face on the news.
