House Democrats reopen investigation into Trump handling of hurricanes

Democrats on the House Oversight and Reform Committee on Monday relaunched an investigation into the Trump administration's response to hurricanes that devastated Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands in 2017.

Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings (D-Md.) led the two dozen Democrats on the panel in writing to the White House, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) seeking documentation related to the immediate aftermath of hurricanes Irma and Maria.

"The purpose of the investigation is to determine whether any of our nation's disaster response laws need to be amended and improved — including with respect to long-term planning, advance contracting, real-time communications, intelligence-sharing and leadership structure," the lawmakers wrote.

It's never ending...the DEMS couldn't win the '16 election, they tried to win more seats during the mid terms by corruption, they failed at trying to prove Trump Russian collusion, they tried to stop Kavanaugh, they're going after Barr, they want to change the electoral process, they are bringing in illegals by the thousands and now reopening an investigation of Trump's handling of hurricanes?????  God help us when they gain a full majority.

There was aid there.  The idgmos and their idiot governor didn't use it correctly.

I will criticize Trump when he is goofy...but not on this.

It's very difficult to fight back when the media is an arm of the democommie party and dominate the news with constant negative coverage. There should be photos of all the containers of relief items rotting and unused in Puerto Rico plastered across the media, but there aren't.
