By Kathleen Joyce, Louis Casiano | Fox News

A fiery crash involving up to 28 vehicles, including 24 cars and four semi-trucks, on a Colorado freeway Thursday left multiple people dead, authorities confirmed Friday morning.

The accident occurred just before 5 p.m. in the Denver suburb of Lakewood when a truck driver lost control while traveling east on Interstate 70, according to a preliminary investigation. The collision started a chain reaction and a diesel fuel spill, Lakewood police spokesman Ty Countryman earlier told the Denver Post.

Radio just stateed the truck driver would be charged with vehicular homicide.

That does not jive with "lost control."

Trucking is the lifeline of the nation.

These accidents do happen.

I knew of one trucking accident, happened at like 3 in the morning, actually happened in a construction zone at that late hour, a family of 4 or 5 were killed. Tragic.

I think the accidents as a percentage of all the trucking there is, is probably extremely small. And now, they can't find enough truckers.

Because they don't get paid diddley, because they rely on illegals.

Yes, but how about Benito Alfonso Bedoya y Diaz de Guzman aka Alfonso Bedoya  aka  "Gold Hat"  from "Treasure of the Sierra Madre"? We don't need no stinkin' driver's licenses.
