“Someone who could give [Trump] a run is Joe Biden,” Christie said while on journalist Tina Brown‘s podcast TBD this week. “I say that is because in essence [the 2016] election was decided by 80,000 voters in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and most of those voters were white working-class voters.”

“I think if you look at the 19 candidates on the other side of the aisle the one who can best have an opportunity to appeal to those white working-class voters is Joe Biden,” he added.

Christie, who was a GOP candidate in the 2016 election who dropped out and threw his support behind Trump relatively early, also argued that there is no “effective way to run against Trump right now from inside the Republican Party.”

He speaks the truth, I don't care what anyone says and Trump needs to listen to his allies. He would be in much better shape if CC had been named AG.

the Stanley Cup finals and how they're kids are doing in school.
Most consider Trump a windbag who won't shut the hell up and they don't

I concur.  Most don't follow politics.  They just want to be represented but nobody is doing that.  Hard to know who to vote for when you aren't reaping any benefit from your taxes.

And I might add that working class was the Trump base but the things working class need is tax relief and job security.  They need an end to illegal immigration.

They have been fed propoganda about the environment about diversity, fairness and other buzz words.

The progressive drumbeat works, repetition, peer pressure, name-calling etc.

where he told the audience that 400 miles of Wall had already
been constructed and the rest would be completed soon.
The Washington Examiner, a very loyal Trump supporter from
day one, reported the Dept of Defense Agency monitoring Wall
construction confirmed in writing to Congress that 39 miles of
Wall had been finished as of this April.
