White House not interested in complying with subpoenas from House Dems

White House counsel Pat Cipollone and President Trump’s legal team aren’t interested in complying with subpoenas from lawmakers on Capitol Hill, a new report states.

The Trump administration doesn’t intend to provide information regarding how some staff members obtained security clearances or Trump’s discussions with world leaders, among other things, the Washington Post reports. Instead, the White House will argue the matters are subject to executive privilege, aides familiar with the discussions said.

Exactly the same as the response from Bammy and Holder when the were subpoenaed; they claimed executive privilege.

Yes they did indeed.  I find this troubling as Kushner's security clearance is questionable.  Kushner is trouble and hopefully Trump is keeping his enemy close.

Well, except that Trump appears to be using executive privilege correctly and the 0 administration did not.

Each governmental branch protects what they see as their prerogatives. Then courts decide if they are correct.

Except the Trump administration. According to some they 're supposed to bend over quietly while the rats kick their ass.

Who's surprised.
