Turkey election: Erdogan disputes results in major cities

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's AK Party is contesting the slim opposition victory in the country's biggest city, Istanbul.

Sunday's municipal elections also delivered opposition CHP wins in the capital, Ankara, and in Izmir.

The AKP alleges irregularities, and is challenging the results in every Istanbul district. Officially the CHP is ahead by 25,000 votes in the city.

Giant AKP victory posters have gone up in Istanbul.

In the US, mayoral or municipal elections in Miami, LA or wherever, are generally not see as that important. They must really have quite a different system.  Kind of amazing to see.

Someone fires a pistol into the air. You can't rehearse this, I don't believe everything from the Pro-Kurd accounts or anywhere for that matter but this looks real.  Sheesh!  I think it was just a shot in the air... men in suits in this video fighting.

Let them fight amongst themselves all they want, and kill as many of each other as they can.
For us of The West, that's a GOOD thing!
