House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s new climate bill brings up some tricky questions, especially what legally binding President Donald Trump to the Paris deal means for the agreement.
Pelosi has not yet responded to The Daily Caller News Foundation’s questions about whether tethering Trump to the Paris accord would somehow change the structure of the deal.
Pelosi’s new climate bill would legally tether Trump to the Paris deal while the leaders of China have no such obligations.
