People are trying to remove our history.  Recently, I watched the movie 1984 again on my computer.  The main character's job was to re-write history in newspapers and other documents, making a false history.  That is exactly what is happening here.  Remove any vestige of our history in certain historical events.  A few years ago, the entertainment park, "Six Flags Over Texas", took down the flags of those countries and now there is only the US flag flying at that park.  I don't think they left the Texas flag.
