Did not catch the name of the commentator on CNN, but he made a good point. He stated the Dems cannot be upset that DOJ officials under Trump (Barr and Rosenstein) made the judgement on the obstruction portion, when they were perfectly fine with DOJ officials under Obama (Lynch and Comey) making the decision not to charge Hillary.

Absolutely.  I have little doubt.  My question still remains -- why did Trump appoint Rosenstein in the first place? 

Trump is now again bringing up investigating Hillary, but I'd say that evidence is long gone.
