Conclusion:  No collusion.

Obstruction of Justice:  No conclusion.  Will leave it to the AG if the conduct described in the report constitutes a crime.

This report makes clear @realDonaldTrump has been the target of a fraud meant to remove him from office. Part of what has kept that from happening is Trump’s own ability to keep his assertion of innocence public, for which he was also mocked & derided.

Per a DOJ official: #Mueller was not consulted in the creation of this letter to Congress, nor was he at the department today. It was the product of Barr, Rosenstein and advisors including from the office of legal counsel.
